Hi, everyone! I`m Anastasia!
I have invited a person who has helped me to get over my anxiety of failure to share his wisdom with the world online in this personal session `What If You Choose To Feel Peaceful, Not Anxious?`
Gokul Ram K. is my yoga teacher, speaker, and motivator. He founded Trance Yoga Studio in Dubai, where he is sharing the results of his 16 years of yoga practice in India, and his spiritual journey with his students from all over the globe.
The journey that helped him to nurture better him and create a worryless life.He promotes mental and physical well-being, through the mind and body practices from various styles of yoga to breathing techniques, and meditation.
Gokul will share with you his `Choosing Not to Worry` vision, hands-on tricks, and techniques to battle anxiety in all its forms.
He has helped many students to feel better about themselves, feel confident, and be happy.
