We Know A Lot More Now! ‘Turning Up the Good’ of Remote Work
October 20, 2021 @ 12:30 am - 2:30 am CEST
Have you got your Hybrid playbook in the mail yet?
Teams and organizations around the world are frantically prepping for entering a new Hybrid reality. But is it really so new after all?
We used to call this “distributed” and while we didn’t have the fancy tools we have today, we managed to support collaboration and engagement for our teams. We know a lot more now!!
Join Dana Pylayeva, the leader of NYC Liberating Structures community, to explore what we all learned and what we can bring forward to turn up the good of operating in remote space.
We will use Mural and play with three Liberating Structures (Appreciative Interview, Tiny Monsters and Mad Tea) to tap into the collective wisdom of the group, generate ideas, and marvel at how innovative and creative people have become.
Best part – you will be able to bring these tools to your teams, and facilitate their engagement equally well in any type of collaboration space.
Dana Pylayeva is an international keynote speaker, author, trainer and coach, who is passionate about unleashing leadership potential in teams and organizations. She is the only woman in New York State to earn Certified Enterprise Coach(CEC) designation from Scrum Alliance.
