Michelle is a Certified Professional Facilitator with the IAF, and a Leadership Coach. She is also an accomplished facilitator in DEI with expertise in Strategic Planning, Culture Shaping, Action Planning, and Leadership Transformation. Having previously spent 13 years as a Global Product Manager in the Medical Equipment Industry , Michelle now has over a decade’s experience as a facilitator and coach across various industries in approximately 20 countries.
