The value of ToP Archetypal Conversations

The Institute of Cultural Affair’s (ICA) 60-year history of action research, development, and training in social system (community and organisation) transformation methods includes the ToP facilitation methods.

This session will begin with an opening context including the facilitators’ personal stories of ToP and community development. Institute of Cultural Affair International’s (ICAI) community development launching process, the Conversation Archetypes (aka Participatory Strategic Planning) will then be introduced with participant engagement around other facilitation methods that could be used to drive the Conversation Archetypes. Finally, a value creation screen will be introduced, and participants engaged in identifying the likely value generated.
