Taking time off work can be devastating for independent facilitators. Do you have a contingency plan?
This session is intended to galvanise independent facilitators to consider “what if” and more importantly be inspired to look at collaborating with a different and more valuable purpose.
As an independent facilitator, you know that taking time off work – especially when unplanned – can be devastating for your business. Not only do you lose income, but you also risk losing clients.
That’s why it’s so important to have a contingency plan in place. But what will make relationships between other independent facilitators strong enough for you to know your business and clients will have a reliable “caretaker” to cover the ultimate test of longer term planned or unplanned absence?
We will invite open dialogue about this challenge and the discussion will be hosted on Zoom and use Mural.
