In this workshop you will be introduced to the Facilitative Leadership Organizational Web (FLOW). FLOW is the first model to holistically categorize the major facilitative leadership types and their associated approaches/modalities. This model landscapes the emerging and changing facilitative leadership ecosystem.
In this workshop we will explore:

2) Why facilitative leadership will change the facilitation world
3) How the FLOW model can change your professional life
