Play out the Creativity of Liberating Structures x ORID

We want to invite you to interweave two powerful approaches. Liberating Structures which are easy-to-learn microstructures that enhance relational coordination, trust and quickly foster lively participation.   We want to explore combining some of the Liberating Structures tools with this conscious design framework from the Institute of Cultural Affairs called Focused Conversation or ORID which is a structured question design process ICA has used in multiple settings for over 50 years.

This is an invitation to a facilitation playing field and to reflect on our experience and how you might apply to your own life.

This event will be conducted in English. You can find another same event in Mandarin to be held on Sept. 15(GMT+8, Taipei Time zone).

This is a paid event (NTD300 = USD10). All proceeds, after deducting the platform-handling fee and tax, will be donated to ICA Taiwan to support expanding access to facilitation for areas of need. The facilitators will not receive payment.
