Performance Brilliance – a Personal Development design playshop
September 13 - September 15
An ongoing series of playshops designed for our client in the automotive space. The key objectives are
1.Identify and create an action based development path for and by the participants to incorporate the organisation’ behavioural competencies in their day to day work and
2.create a conducive environment within their teams for the team members to do the same.
We use play tools and play as a technique to create playful strategies for transformation and collaboration . This enables increased participation, ownership of learning and application within the classroom and outside. It is a combination of both individual introspection and group processes like team coaching that makes these playshops successful and the leaning is thereby sustained.
