How to create an Ether Environment
October 20, 2022 @ 2:00 pm - 3:30 pm CEST

When we talk about team discussion, brainstorming, and facilitating a meeting, it is vital to create the participatory environment, we found that the participatory environment is just like the “Ether” element, which is invisible, but we can feel it everywhere. The Competence C of IAF is about “Create and Sustain a Participatory Environment”. The facilitator needs to hold a diverse and inclusive space, evoke group creativity, use self as an instrument, rapport participants with respect, acceptance, and awareness, and be sensitive to the group dynamic. Apply active listening and questioning skills and sustain a safe environment to stimulate group energy. In this online session, we will immerse in experiencing an Ether environment by discussing IAF competence C.
