Group conflict management

Magic stemming from diversity is a value that we constantly adopted at Mobaderoon in our work.

Since the presence of diversity accompanies many cases, including conflict, we had to search for beauty in these conflicts to build our own experience in dealing with different ones.

In this interactive session, the participating facilitators will learn how to search for beauty in conflicts, and how to deal with and build on them to contribute to achieving the positive change that we always strive for in our societies and communities.
