The Maneuver Process was developed for organizing groups in rapidly changing, and possibly unknowable, situations which requires immediate action. It helps us define in the chaos of the moment the actions we choose for impact.
We will be focusing on the question of “Building a Facilitative Organization.” This will be a group dive into the Maneuver Process where you will contribute and create a breakthrough model.
Helping a group to align a with the Future Needs and take a quick actions to build up a greater momentum! Also find out the meaning of the action to establish a meaningful organization.

- Write down yours insights or ideas on Miro board;
- Have interactivities in small group and plenary group in 90-minute session；
- Exchange experiences and learn from each other；
- Harvest insights from the group to apply the model.
