Being human through facilitation

September 16 @ 10:00 am - 11:00 am CEST

Working with conflict

“Conflict is an energy that has not yet found its place in the system that created it.” David Hatfield

Conflict is often feared and avoided. But conflict arises naturally in human processes and gives an opportunity to notice where there is unresolved energy. From there, anything is possible once you are willing to work with this energy.

David is an experienced facilitator and completed a master in process-oriented facilitation and conflict studies. In this session, he will explore with you the phases of conflict resolution. The possibilities that arise when we engage with conflict mindfully are valuable. As facilitators, we have the ability to aid this progression, enabling a group to navigate through conflicts.

Through concrete experimentation, you will have a renewed understanding of conflict as a facilitator.
