Yeah, we agree there are only 2 sub-items under Competency B, but it is worth an ‘appropriate’ and deeper exploration, as ‘Appropriate’ means the whole thing in facilitation.

Change Managemen (CM) and Organizational Strategies. Through the
dialogue and communication of facilitation, he tries to assist the
company and community members to gain more insights.James is also dedicated to promote facilitation skills and consistantly
setting up workshops to share the advantages and goodness of
facilitation skills with the entrepreneurs, professionals and school
teachers.Every year, James consistantly assists small NPOs and NGOs to build up their stratigies or action plan free of chagre, to help them exert
more influence on society and communities.
She is a Certified Professional Facilitator (CPF, by International Association of Facilitation) since 2017. Sharon facilitates different workshops / meetings for organizations and teams through major changes, involving topics of Strategy and Diagnosis, Action Planning, Cultural Alignment, Team Collaboration. She is highly passionate and is a strong believer in participation, collaboration and facilitative leadership. She is the co-interpreter for 3 major books in the area of Change (list given as Appendix) and has been a mentor with the IAF Mentoring Programme in 2018,2019 and 2021.
