Linkedin has confirmed this- as the number one skill of the future of work, we need to provide tools for a mindset that can reframe; Adaptability IQ is the competency that can change how you see the world. In two words, and three steps, you will feel more adaptable, more confident and less sweaty.
How do you get participants to engage to change behaviours? You demonstrate and you show an attitude of collaboration, humor and humanness.
I introduce a three-step method to motivate them to participate. Adaptability Quotient can be experienced – in five minutes you can demonstrate the effectiveness of ¨Yes, And¨ instead of ¨Yes¨ or ¨Yes, but¨.
