As workshop leaders, it is our role to provide a space where every participant feels comfortable and included.
Join us as we consider strategies to improve the experience of all attendees, in three acts: Design, Communication and Delivery.
In this session, we will look at Communication:
- How can we appropriately invite participants to share their access needs ahead of time?
- What kind of information would be useful to communicate before registration to prospective participants, to help them decide if the session will be accessible enough for them?
- What are the good practices?
